Laboratorio di scrittura critica C& x NAM per scrittori neri a New Orleans
Contemporary And (C&) e il Newcomb Art Museum (NAM) invitano gli scrittori neri di New Orleans a un laboratorio di scrittura critica di tre giorni presso la Tulane University dal 27 al 29 marzo 2025. Guidato dalle tutor Nohora Arrieta Fernández e Sherae Rimpsey, il laboratorio mira ad ampliare le narrazioni nell'arte contemporanea, sostenere editori e scrittori emergenti e favorire reti diasporiche locali e globali. I partecipanti acquisiranno strumenti pratici per proporre articoli, scrivere recensioni e saggi. Il laboratorio è aperto a 12 candidati con esperienza giornalistica o di scrittura nel campo culturale. La scadenza per la presentazione è il 13 marzo 2025. Il Terra Foundation for American Art fornisce il supporto.
