Büro Destruct Launches 4th Monograph on Kickstarter

The Bern-based design studio Büro Destruct has launched a Kickstarter campaign for their fourth monograph, Büro Destruct 4. Published by Slanted Publishers, the 256-page book covers realized projects, discarded experiments, and inspirations from the past 12 years. It features a preface by Jens Müller and is printed in Germany with offset and spot color, softcover, and thread-stitching. The layout presents works in progress and final versions without indicating which was chosen, offering insight into the studio's methods. Known for vector-heavy graphics and a motto of 'think global, act local,' Büro Destruct has operated for 27 years, resisting categorization while maintaining a distinctive aesthetic that combines humor, color, and precision. The book is scheduled for publication in June 2021.
