Bungalow Txai by TETRO Arquitetura: A 770 m² Ocean-View Residence in Itacaré

TETRO Arquitetura has completed the Bungalow Txai in 2025, a residential project spanning 770 square meters in Itacaré, Bahia, Brazil. Nestled on a hillside, this impressive residence boasts nearly 180-degree ocean views, surrounded by vibrant palms and coconut trees. The design harmonizes with its natural surroundings, creating an idyllic retreat. Architects Carlos Maia, Débora Mendes, and Igor Macedo led the initiative, supported by a team including Bianca Carvalho and Bruno Bontempo. Construction was managed by Bicalho & Trevisan, with structural engineering by Calculo Concreto. Interior design was executed by David Bastos, and the project was curated by Susanna Moreira.
