BTS leader RM curates first museum exhibition of his art collection at SFMOMA
RM, the leader of BTS, is set to unveil his first museum exhibition at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) on October 3, 2026. Titled “RM x SFMOMA: Between You and Me,” this showcase will feature around 200 pieces from RM’s personal collection, paired with selections from SFMOMA. It will highlight works by Korean artists like Yun Hyong-keun and international figures such as Mark Rothko and Agnes Martin, with many Korean pieces debuting in the U.S. Curated by RM alongside SFMOMA’s América Castillo and Hyoeun Kim, the exhibit will explore the connections between Korean modernism and global art. The exhibition runs until February 7, 2027, with member previews starting October 1.
