Bruna Esposito's site-specific work 'Altri Venti – Ostro' (2020) is on view at Magazzino Italian Art in Cold Spring, New York, until September 11, 2021. Curated by Domenico Palma, the outdoor sculpture is the first in the series 'Altri Venti' dedicated to Mediterranean winds. It critiques the overuse of air conditioning, questioning the environmental cost of individual comfort. The work is part of Magazzino's summer program, which also includes site-specific pieces by Namsal Siedlecki and Renato Leotta. Esposito, whose 40-year career often addresses sustainability, previously exhibited the piece at Studio Miscetti in Rome. On September 11, 2021, she will discuss the installation with Magazzino director Vittorio Calabrese.
