Brazilian Contemporary Art Touring Exhibition Opens in Chicago After Miami Run
On January 30, The55Project launched a group exhibition titled 'What I Really Want to Tell You…' at Mana Contemporary in Chicago. This exhibit, curated by Jennifer Inacio from the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM), features the creations of thirteen contemporary Brazilian artists who explore various cultural, social, and political themes. Previously, the exhibition ran for three months at the Fundação Pablo Atchugarry in Miami last year. The55Project aims to promote Brazilian contemporary art across the U.S., having already organized events in New York and Miami. Besides exhibitions, it also focuses on public art initiatives and community engagement. The artists involved include Almandrade, Liene Bosquê, Paulo Bruscky, and others.
