Bottega Veneta Sponsors Royal Academy's Peggy Guggenheim Retrospective
From November 21, 2026, to March 14, 2027, the Royal Academy of Arts will host "Peggy Guggenheim in London: The Making of a Collector," sponsored by Bottega Veneta. This exhibition celebrates Guggenheim's contributions and features works from her 1938 gallery, Guggenheim Jeune, which showcased more than 20 abstract and surrealist exhibitions before its closure in June 1939. This partnership underscores Bottega Veneta's commitment to the arts and the cultural heritage of Venice. In other developments, Team USA triumphed at the Bocuse d'Or Americas in New Orleans, earning a place in the Bocuse d'Or Finals set for Lyon. Additionally, SFMOMA added over 90 pieces to its collection from January to June 2026, including works by Ana Mendieta and Jean-Michel Basquiat.
