BookCity Milano 2024: Architecture Focus and Expanded Regional Reach
From November 11 to 17, 2024, BookCity Milano will make its return, featuring over 1,500 events at 339 locations, including schools, universities, and theaters. The 13th edition will extend its reach to Como, Cremona, Lodi, Monza, and Pavia, centering around the theme 'War and Peace.' A new architectural initiative, Progetto, led by Silvia Botti of One Works Foundation, will facilitate discussions on urban design in city studios. Park Associati will present 'Glossariétto: vocaboli al confine tra Editoria e Architettura,' a two-day symposium exploring the intersection of publishing and architecture. The ADI Design Museum will showcase 31 events and three exhibitions, including 'Stefano Casciani. 40 years 40 books' and 'Biblioteche Domestiche.' On November 12, Castello Sforzesco will host a conference featuring pianist Ricciarda Belgiojoso and other cultural figures.
