Book of unpublished photos from 1974 Brescia bombing released

A new book titled 'Fotografi nella strage. Brescia 28 maggio 1974' collects previously unpublished photographs of the 1974 bombing in Piazza della Loggia, Brescia, which killed eight and wounded over a hundred. The volume, published by Fondazione Negri and edited by Carla Cinelli and Pietro Gino Barbieri, features images by photographers including Pietro Gino Barbieri, Silvano Cinelli, Eugenio Ferrari, Nicola Notario, and Pierre Putelli, who were present during the attack. Released on the anniversary, the book assembles photographs taken immediately after the explosion, capturing the smoke, fallen bodies, overturned umbrellas, and chaos of the scene.
