Book launch: Cinque storie di fotografia e psicoterapia by Francesca Belgiojoso at Galleria ZEMA
On May 8, 2026 at 6 PM, Galleria ZEMA in Rome hosts the presentation of Francesca Belgiojoso's book Cinque storie di fotografia e psicoterapia (Seipeesei edizioni, 2026). The author will be in conversation with psychologist Floriana Di Giorgio. The book presents five imaginary clinical cases where photographs enter and leave the therapy room, inspired by Judy Weiser's PhotoTherapy Techniques. Belgiojoso is a psychoanalytic psychotherapist authorized by Weiser to teach these techniques and co-founder of Netfo. Di Giorgio is a psychologist and AISPT psychotherapist, creator of the blog Fotografia e psicologia. Concurrently, the gallery runs Lucia Buricelli's exhibition Everything Is Bright Here until May 28, 2026, featuring saturated color photographs of New York from 2019 to 2025, reflecting on urban life and consumerism.
