Bonhams London will kick off its Winter Classics auction series in December, presenting six live sales showcasing a diverse range of art and antiques with a history spanning over 4,000 years. Key categories include Fine Clocks, European Ceramics, and Old Master Paintings, along with Fine Decorative Arts and Antiquities. Notable auction items consist of a Roman bust of Aphrodite, a royal Sèvres snuffbox, and a painting by Francesco Guardi depicting Venice. Nette Megens, responsible for Decorative Arts in the UK and Europe, highlighted the remarkable provenance and quality of the featured works. This series follows a recent successful auction in Paris.
