Bonhams Hong Kong Sells Entire Hostellerie Jérôme Wine Collection, Achieving $25.9M in White-Glove Auction

Bonhams Hong Kong achieved a white-glove sale on November 22, selling all 509 lots from The Legendary Cellar of Hostellerie Jérôme auction for HK$25.9 million (€2.9 million). This first part of a three-location sale series exceeded high estimates, driven by international buyers and featuring premier Burgundy wines. The collection originates from the two-Michelin-starred Hostellerie Jérôme in La Turbie, France, overseen by chef Bruno Cirino. An online sale of the Hostellerie Jérôme Collection remains open until November 27. The second auction in this series will be held at Bonhams Paris on February 14, 2026.
