Bonhams' Final Ralph & Russo Haute Couture Archive Auction Achieves White Glove Results
Bonhams concluded its series of Ralph & Russo haute couture archive sales with a white glove auction that achieved 100% sell-through. The online event, held from March 16 to 31, 2026, featured 329 lots that realized £856,768 in total. This final installment offered exceptional gowns from the fashion house's archive, all sold without reserve. Among the highlights were runway pieces and red carpet garments worn by numerous celebrities. Monica Bellucci's velvet gown from the Spectre premiere appeared alongside dresses worn by Rita Ora, Hailey Bieber, Erin O'Connor, Fan Bingbing, Hailee Steinfeld, Jessica Alba, Sonam Kapoor, and Eva Herzigová. The London-based fashion house Ralph & Russo was established in 2006 by Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo in Mayfair. Before closing in 2020, the maison held the distinction of being the only British member of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture. The auction represented the last opportunity to acquire pieces directly from the brand's archive.
