Bombing at Moscow Restaurant Kills 3, Injures 21

On Saturday, a bombing in a restaurant located in Moscow's Kudrinskaya Square resulted in three fatalities and left 21 individuals injured, as stated by Russia's national anti-terrorism committee, according to Tass state news agency. The explosion was triggered by a homemade explosive device. Among the deceased were an unidentified woman who attempted to smuggle the device into the restaurant, a security guard, and a customer. Ria Novosti reported that the security guard denied the woman entry just before the blast occurred. Images circulating on Russian Telegram channels depicted fire trucks and ambulances responding to the incident. Initially, the Baza Telegram channel suggested a gas explosion in the cafe's kitchen, but the anti-terrorism committee confirmed it was indeed a bombing.
