Bolzano Danza 2023: Microcosmo Festival Explores Social Themes Through Dance
The 39th edition of Bolzano Danza, titled Microcosmo, runs until July 28, 2023, across multiple venues in Bolzano and Caldaro, Italy. Organized by Fondazione Haydn di Bolzano e Trento, the festival features international artists in Italian premieres, including Maud Le Pladec's Silent Legacy and Dj Battle, and Koffi Kôkô's The Third Body. Italian companies Dewey Dell and Annamaria Ajmone present new works, with Ajmone's Bleah!!! drawing on Lucia Marcucci's visual poetry.
