Bologna's 'Let's Walk' Video Series Previews 49th Arte Fiera
A new video format titled 'Let's Walk' has been launched to explore the connection between the historic Arte Fiera and the city of Bologna, ahead of the 49th edition of the modern and contemporary art fair scheduled for February 5–8, 2026, in pavilions 25 and 26 of the Bologna fairgrounds. The first episode features architect and designer Mario Cucinella discussing Kenzo Tange's Towers, an architectural masterpiece that has characterized the Bologna Fiere district since 1983. Each episode takes the form of a walk through significant city locations, guided by personalities linked to Bologna by birth, affinity, or experience, who share memories, suggestions, anecdotes, and reflections. The second episode will focus on Niccolò dell'Arca's 'Compianto sul Cristo morto,' a 15th-century terracotta sculpture group housed in the Santa Maria della Vita complex in Bologna's medieval Quadrilatero area, presented by artist Franco Guerzoni.
