Bolger Foundation Issues $222K Challenge Match for Ca' d'Zan Restoration

The Ringling has announced a $222,000 Challenge Match Grant from The Bolger Foundation to support restoration of Ca' d'Zan and its bayfront following hurricane damage. Multiple hurricanes in recent years have impacted the estate, though the most recent season passed without major damage. Emergency repairs were completed with support from Florida State University, and work continues on roof replacements, infrastructure upgrades, and storm mitigation. The Bolger Foundation, which previously funded the Bolger Campiello, Promenade, Playspace, and Bolger Family Reflecting Pool, will match donations dollar-for-dollar until December 31, 2026. The campaign aims to fund the next phase of critical repairs to preserve the historic estate and its bayfront setting. Donations can be made to the Ca' d'Zan Hurricane Restoration Fund.
