Boeing Sells Air Taxi and Drone Units to Archer Aviation

Boeing has reached an agreement to transfer three of its subsidiaries—Wisk Aero, SkyGrid, and Insitu—to Archer Aviation, receiving a share in the eVTOL startup in return. This arrangement, revealed on Monday, is projected to finalize by the end of 2026, contingent upon antitrust evaluations.
