Bodo Sperlein's MENU Installation at Milan Design Week 2026

architecture-design · 2026-03-25

For Milan Design Week 2026, London-based designer Bodo Sperlein presents MENU, an immersive installation at the Anglican Church of All Saints in Via Solferino, Brera, from April 20 to 25. The project transforms the sacred space with a temporary architecture integrating reflective metal, cast concrete, porcelain, and glass. Sperlein coordinates elite brands: MEISSEN debuts Phoenix and Edifice porcelain collections; Lobmeyr shows Orchid crystal lamps; Gustav van Treeck presents luminous sculptures. Outdoor, Garpa and Gravelli unveil the Arcus series in cast concrete and certified teak, while Gravelli's CASCADE and COVE collections explore biomorphic stone-cement forms. Orea launches the S2-Line kitchen system with a Divider Wall and S-shaped geometry. The installation bridges the church's interior with Brera's urban dynamism, emphasizing light and materiality.
