Bocci's 93 lighting collection features molten aluminium poured into hand-blown glass
Canadian design brand Bocci has introduced the 93 lighting collection, designed by co-founder Omer Arbel. Each piece is crafted by pouring molten aluminium into hand-blown glass vessels, creating unique marble-like surfaces illuminated from within. The collection includes suspended pendants, wall or ceiling sconces, and table lamps that can be displayed individually or in clusters. Every light measures 292 millimetres in diameter and is hand-formed in Bocci's Vancouver studio. Wall and ceiling versions offer white powder-coated or brass-finish bases, while table lamps feature dimming systems with black fabric cords. The process captures unrepeatable moments as the metal cools, leaving suspended traces of its flow. Materials include glass, aluminium, and electrical components. The collection was featured in Dezeen Showroom, which provides brands with affordable product launch space.
