Bob Dylan double exhibition at Halcyon Gallery in London

Bob Dylan, the influential musician and visual artist born in Duluth in 1941, is the subject of a double exhibition at Halcyon Gallery in London. Titled "Bob Dylan: 60 Years of Creating" and "Bob Dylan: Editions," the shows are held across two gallery spaces at 29 and 144-146 New Bond Street. The first exhibition features paintings created between 2020 and 2021, exploring the American landscape through Dylan's perspective. A notable work is "Subway Cityscape Triptych," his homage to New York City. The second exhibition includes prints, wrought iron sculptures, and works from the "Mondo Scripto" series, where Dylan handwrites his most famous lyrics and accompanies each with a pencil drawing. The exhibitions opened shortly after Dylan turned 80 on May 24.
