Completed in 2023, the Boa Vista House in Brumadinho, Brazil, was designed by architects Thiago Bandeira, facury, and guaja.cc for a family that enjoys entertaining. The 686 m² residence sits on a sloped lot with views of the Serra da Moeda. Its social areas face the front, with a double-height kitchen and dining area at the center. The layout organizes around the living space, emphasizing integration with outdoor leisure areas. Lead architects are João Pedro Pujoni Facury and Lucas Durães, with coordination by Facury, Durães, Diandra Noemí, and José Henrique Paiva.
