BNL opens new Rome headquarters to public during Invito a Palazzo
On October 7, 2017, BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas inaugurated its new headquarters, Palazzo Orizzonte EUROPA, as part of ABI's annual Invito a Palazzo event, which also saw the launch of 102 bank branches in 52 cities across Italy. The impressive 75,000-square-meter structure, crafted by Studio 5+1AA, boasts 12 floors and 4 levels below ground, establishing itself as a prominent feature in Tiburtina. Guests can explore a 1940s water cistern created by Angiolo Mazzoni and view two exhibitions on the tenth floor: "Cinquanta pittori per Roma" and "Cinquanta pittori per Roma nel 2000," showcasing artists like Giorgio de Chirico and Renato Guttuso. BNL’s art collection includes over 5,000 pieces, featuring works by Lorenzo Lotto and Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot, with free guided tours available from 10 am to 7 pm.
