BMW Unveils Limited-Edition 7 Series Suhail Edition with Custom Design and Cultural Motifs

BMW has launched the BMW 7 Series Suhail Edition, a limited release of 50 vehicles tailored for Middle Eastern clients, blending automotive engineering with cultural heritage. Named after the star Suhail, known as Canopus in Arabic, the edition references regional traditions tied to seasonal changes. Karim-Christian Haririan, Regional Director of the BMW Group Middle East, described it as a tribute to the area's craftsmanship and forward-thinking spirit. Exterior features include a two-tone paint finish in Night Blue metallic and Oxid Grey metallic, with a statement kidney grille and crystal headlights evoking a night-sky aesthetic. Interior details incorporate the Suhail constellation logo embroidered on headrests and cushions, repeated on the dashboard, side headrests, and C-pillars, complemented by ambient lighting, BMW Individual Merino Leather, and oak mirror-finish wood trim. Technological enhancements include a Curved Display with Operating System 8.5, gesture and voice controls, BMW ConnectedDrive for digital services, and the My BMW App for remote interaction. Passenger amenities feature fully reclining seats, individual touchscreens, and a BMW Theatre Screen with a 31.3-inch 8K display for a cinematic experience. Customization options allow owners to personalize paint colors, materials, and motifs, ensuring each of the 50 vehicles is unique. The edition emphasizes a seamless user experience, combining elegance with innovation for a luxury automotive journey.
