BMW Art Journey Shortlist Revealed for Art Basel Hong Kong 2015
Art Basel Hong Kong and BMW have unveiled the inaugural BMW Art Journey project, targeting emerging artists at the fair. Three artists—Mika Tajima, Trevor Yeung, and Samson Young—are shortlisted for the award, which offers global travel for research and creation. Proposals must be submitted by the end of April 2015, with the winner announced in May 2015. The prize will be awarded biannually to artists featured in Art Basel's emerging sectors at both the Miami and Hong Kong editions. This initiative provides recipients with the chance to develop and exhibit new work internationally.
