Blindarte’s Milan auction features Cy Twombly, Burri, and Gormley

On November 29, 2017, Blindarte, the renowned auction house from Naples, will conduct its autumn auction of modern and contemporary art at its newly established location in Milan's Brera district. Featured pieces include Cy Twombly's 1962 artwork, estimated between €400,000 and €600,000, and Giacomo Balla's Scena spirituale from 1925, valued at €50,000 to €70,000. Other notable items are Alberto Burri's Cellotex W1 (€45,000–65,000) and Antony Gormley's GUT V from 2002 (€300,000–400,000). Two Andy Warhol screenprints, Vesuvius and Mao, are projected to sell for €15,000–40,000, while Michelangelo Pistoletto's Arlecchino (1981) is estimated at €70,000–90,000. Additionally, a sale featuring Oswald Achenbach's La baia di Napoli (€25,000–35,000) will take place in Naples on November 25, 2017.
