Björk Digital VR Exhibition Opens at São Paulo's MIS Museum in June
The Museum of Image and Sound in São Paulo launches Björk Digital on June 18, a technological exhibition-installation blending virtual reality and audiovisual elements to interpret the Icelandic singer's poetic imagery. This immersive project, conceived in collaboration with visual artists Andrew Thomas Huang and Jesse Kanda, features six works drawn from her 2015 album Vulnicura. Divided into six interactive areas, the show debuted in Sydney in 2016 and has traveled to Tokyo, Barcelona, Mexico City, Moscow, Montreal, London, and Los Angeles. Alongside the VR experiences, the exhibition presents the educational project Biophilia and a cinema room screening music videos directed by Michel Gondry and Spike Jonze. Running until August 18 with an admission fee of R$30, the exhibition is located at Av. Europa, 158.
