The 2022 Venice Biennale features notable national pavilions from Africa and Latin America, running until November 27, 2022. Uganda received a special mention for its debut pavilion "Radiance: They Dream In Time" at Palazzo Palumbo Fossati, curated by Acaye Kerunen and Collin Sekajugo, focusing on sustainability and community. Uruguay's pavilion by Gerardo Goldwasser explores individuality through tailoring, contrasting with standardized fashion. Argentina's video installation by Monica Heller features 3D animations with a pigeon protagonist. Mexico's "Hasta que los cantos broten" by Mariana Castillo Deball, Naomi Rincón Gallardo, Fernando Palma Rodríguez, and Santiago Borja Charles imagines decolonial futures.
