Berlin Music Video Awards 2026: Pink Carpet, Queer Fashion, and Global Nominees

The Berlin Music Video Awards (BMVA) return for their 2026 edition, shifting from a darker atmosphere to a deliberately optimistic tone with a pink-themed aesthetic. The festival, held June 11–13 at Club Gretchen in Berlin, positions itself as a source of light amid global crises. The pink color scheme also reflects the strong presence of the queer community in live performances and nominated works. A new Round Table networking event introduces intimate gatherings for professionals, emerging artists, and jury members. Nominees include LISA's "BORN AGAIN" featuring Doja Cat & RAYE (Best Editor), Sabrina Carpenter's "Tears" (Best Director), Agnes's "Balenciaga Covered Eyes" (Best Cinematography), Jasmine Sokko's "Burnout Dynasty" (Best VFX), and Lil Uzi Vert's "What You Saying" (Best Art Direction).
