Belvedere and Botanical Garden Joint Tour Explores Nature-Art Connections

The Belvedere museum in Vienna, in cooperation with the Botanical Garden, is offering a guided tour titled 'Im Fokus: Zusammenwachsen' (In Focus: Growing Together). The tour connects the Belvedere's art collection with the plant world of the Botanical Garden, highlighting the diverse relationships between culture and nature. Participants will move from the exhibition space into the garden, taking time for observations and discussions. The tour is designed for both nature enthusiasts and art lovers and takes place in all weather conditions, partly outdoors. In case of storm warnings, the Botanical Garden remains closed, and the tour will be held only in the Upper Belvedere with gardener Alena Binder and art mediator Julia Haimburger. Participation requires a valid event ticket and admission ticket. Silent systems will be used for the museum tour. The event is part of a series of tours at the Belvedere, including curator's tours and image of the month presentations.
