Bell House by BILBAO | LOPEZ: A Corner Residence in City Bell, Argentina
Architects Federico Jorge Bilbao and Nicolás López of the firm BILBAO | LOPEZ have completed the Bell House, a 290-square-meter residence located in a gated community in City Bell, on the outskirts of La Plata, Argentina. The project, finished in 2023, was curated by Valentina Díaz and features interior design by Daniela López, with structural engineering by Juan José Rojas and Aples. The design team included Sebastián Mazzoleni. The house occupies an irregular corner lot surrounded by a dense grove of pre-existing trees, which became a key driver of the project. The architects emphasized the natural character of the periphery and the ongoing residential consolidation of the area. The home incorporates products from manufacturers Roca, Acindar, FV, and Fanelli. Photographs were taken by Luis Barandiaran. The project falls under the category of Houses and is documented on ArchDaily.
