Belgian Museums Reopen with Strict Safety Measures in Phase 2

Belgian museums have begun reopening under strict government guidelines as part of the country's Phase 2 de-escalation. Each museum can admit a maximum of one visitor per 10 square meters, ensuring 1.5-meter distancing. Visitors must wear masks, follow designated routes, and limit bags. Rooms are sanitized after each visit. In Brussels, the Musées Royaux des Beaux-Arts (housing the world's largest Magritte collection) and BOZAR (extending 'Mondo Cane' and opening Jacqueline Mesmaeker's first solo show) are open. WIELS Centre d'Art Contemporain extends 'Monsoon Melody' by Thao Nguyen Phan and 'Today is the First Day' by Wolfgang Tillmans through August 16. The Musée van Buuren reopens for Art Deco enthusiasts.
