Beijing's May 2025 Art Season Features Major Exhibitions Across Multiple Venues

The ninth edition of Gallery Weekend Beijing takes place from May 23 to June 1, aligning with the first-ever Beijing Art Season. Notable events include Beijing Dangdai and ART021 Beijing, scheduled for May 22 to 25. UCCA Beijing is showcasing Anicka Yi's exhibition titled 'There Exists Another Evolution, But In This One' from March 22 to June 15, in collaboration with Seoul's Leeum Museum of Art. Chiharu Shiota's 'Silent Emptiness' is on display at Red Brick Art Museum from March 23 to August 31. The Inside-Out Art Museum features 'It Always Sounds Somewhere' from February 22 to June 1. MACA Art Center displays Liao Wen's debut solo and Dan Er's works from March 22 to June 15. Antenna Space highlights Xinyi Cheng and Evelyn Taocheng Wang from May 10 to June 15, while Guo Cheng's 'Bug' is hosted at Magician Space from May 1 to June 21, and ShanghART Beijing presents 'Lie Between' from May 20 to June 29.
