Beastie Boys Story Documentary Directed by Spike Jonze Coming to Apple TV+

A new documentary titled "Beastie Boys Story" offers an intimate and unprecedented look at the legendary New York hip-hop trio. Directed by Spike Jonze, a longtime friend and collaborator who directed the iconic "Sabotage" music video and published a monumental photo-book on the band, the film is set to premiere on Apple TV+ on April 24. The recently released trailer opens with the famous verse from "Paul Revere" and features archival footage spanning the band's 40-year career. Mike D and Ad-Rock commented on their friendship with Jonze, saying, "There are friends you've had lunch with so many times over the years that you now know what they'll order. Spike is one of them.
