Baumschlager Eberle Completes Spring Office Near Grenoble Station
Baumschlager Eberle Architekten has completed the Presqu'île Spring Office building near Grenoble's station and Europole business district. The project, curated by Hadir Al Koshta, encompasses 13,250 square meters and was finished in 2025. The design team from the firm's Paris office collaborated with civil engineers AMSTEIN + WALTHERT and structural engineers COGECI. Photographs were taken by Cyrille Weiner. The brief called for a new office building combining distinctive architectural character with contemporary office design.
