Barcelona Design Guide: Architecture and Interiors for 2026 World Capital
To celebrate Barcelona's designation as World Capital of Architecture 2026, Diariodesign has published a city guide for design lovers. The itinerary includes Jaç HiFi Café by Isern Serra, inspired by Japanese jazz kissa; Casa Vicens, Gaudí's first major work and a UNESCO World Heritage site; Vasto Gallery in Poblenou designed by Mesura; Can Framis Museum by BAAS architecture studio; the Sala Beckett theater by Flores & Prats; the Gabriel García Márquez library by SUMA Arquitectura, named Best Public Library in the World by IFLA; Petit Nomad café by Jordi Veciana and Skye Maunsell; SANT jewelry store by Francesc Rifé; a new Zara store on Diagonal by Vincent Van Duysen; and Nomo Eixample restaurant by Trenchs Studio. The guide covers a full day of architecture, interior design, and creative spaces across Barcelona.
