Barbican Art Gallery Exhibition Features Pop Art Design Works from 1960s-1970s

An exhibition at the Barbican Art Gallery in London showcased significant Pop Art design pieces from the 1960s and 1970s. The display included Gaetano Pesce's Moloch floor lamp created between 1970 and 1971. Richard Hamilton's 1964 work Epiphany was also featured. Studio 65 contributed their 1969 Leonardo sofa to the presentation. Yonel Lebovici's 1977 piece Fiche Male (Plug Socket) appeared in the installation. Photographer Gar Powell-Evans documented the exhibition in 2013. The Barbican Art Gallery organized this presentation of design objects.
