Bar Mosaico Opens in Modena's Palazzo dei Musei

On March 13, 2025, Bar Mosaico, a newly established restaurant and vermouth bar, commenced operations at Palazzo dei Musei in Modena, Italy, following a trial period that started in late February. Open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM, the venue offers breakfast, seasonal lunch options, and aperitifs in the evening, aspiring to be Modena's inaugural vermuteria featuring a range of Italian artisanal vermouths. The concession was granted to the consortium Amus, which includes Samuele Paolino of Bollore. Guests can enjoy seating beneath a glass vault, in a loggia, or at outdoor tables. City councilor Andrea Bortolamasi remarked that this initiative is part of a larger redevelopment of Palazzo dei Musei, constructed in the late 18th century and home to various cultural institutions. Current exhibitions showcase terracotta sculptures and an Ancient Egypt display.
