Banca Sistema acquires Milan auction house Art-Rite

The Banca Sistema Group has entered the art market by acquiring the Milan auction house Art-Rite through its subsidiary Kruso Kapital, with legal effect from early November. The acquisition aims to diversify the group's client base and integrate art auction expertise. Gianluca Garbi, CEO of Banca Sistema and President of Kruso Kapital, stated the move enriches the group with specialized skills and digital investments. Art-Rite, which specializes in modern and contemporary art auctions, already collaborates with banking institutions.
