BAM Milano opens 2020 season with Beethoven concert

The Back to the City Concert is set to take place on September 12, 2020, at 8 PM, marking the first anniversary of BAM – Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano. This celebration will showcase I Pomeriggi Musicali and Coro Costanzo Porta, under the direction of Nathalie Stutzmann. Organized by Fondazione Catella, the concert pays tribute to Beethoven's Ninth Symphony in honor of his 250th birth anniversary. Attendance is free, with options for lawn seating reservations or access through a high-quality audio system in the park, a ledwall in Piazza Gae Aulenti, or via streaming. Additionally, BAM's 2020 schedule features events aligned with the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals, including the illimitHER Marathon on September 15 and workshops on November 7.
