Ballet Hispánico Seeks Director of Development for NYC-Based Dance Institution

Ballet Hispánico, the top Latino dance company in the U.S., is on the lookout for a Director of Development to spearhead their fundraising initiatives. The new director will manage a team of three, which includes an Associate Director for Institutional Advancement, an Associate Director for Individual Giving, a Special Events & Development Associate, and a part-time major gifts officer. Key tasks will involve nurturing donor relationships, managing annual and special gift campaigns, and organizing the yearly gala. They’ll also strategize for the company’s 60th Anniversary Campaign set for 2030. The salary is between $150,000 and $170,000, plus benefits like health insurance and a 403b plan with employer matching.
