Balkrishna Doshi Retrospective at Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich
The Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich hosts 'Balkrishna Doshi – Architecture for the People,' a retrospective of the Pritzker Prize-winning Indian architect, curated by Khushnu Hoof. The exhibition, previously shown at the Vitra Design Museum, features projects from 1958 to 2014 through scale models, videos, photographs, documents, and paintings. Doshi, born in Pune in 1927, is known for his humanist approach, integrating spirituality, local traditions, and modernism.
