Balaio Arquitetura Designs São Paulo Apartment Interior

Balaio Arquitetura has completed the Apartamento Santo Antonio, a 227 m² apartment interior in São Paulo, Brazil, with completion expected in 2026. The project team includes João de Lucca, Danilo Cirne (coordination), and lead architects Gabriela Russo and Gabriel Luqui. Engineering and consultancy were provided by Imaliza (civil), Granitorre (services), and Val Andrade Móveis (other). The design was curated by Susanna Moreira and used products from REKA.
