BAF and IFA Fairs Open 2025 Art Season in Bergamo
On January 10, 2025, the Bergamo Fairgrounds will host the Bergamo Arte Fiera (BAF) and Italian Fine Art (IFA), marking the start of Italy's art fair season. Spanning 16,000 square meters, BAF will showcase more than 181 exhibitors and will run until January 12, concentrating on modern and contemporary art. Meanwhile, IFA, which specializes in antiques and high-end antiquities, will continue until January 19. Promoberg president Luciano Patelli underscored the events' cultural importance. A single ticket allows entry to both fairs, which will see returning exhibitors like Tornabuoni Arte, Ca' di Fra', and Deodato Arte, along with over twenty new galleries. Stricter gallery selection and authenticity checks will be implemented at IFA, with curator Sergio Radici highlighting the fairs' educational focus.
