B!POD unveils Margot Moka and vacuum preservation tech at Milan Design Week 2026

At Milan Design Week 2026, B!POD presents Monograph at Edicola Castello in Piazzale Cadorna from April 21 to 26. The exhibition showcases the brand's science-based design approach, translating advanced material research into everyday food preservation tools. Key products include DRO!D, a compact vacuum device achieving 50 mbar pressure levels, and Kabuto, a wine preservation system inspired by samurai helmets. The centerpiece is Margot Moka, a reinterpretation of the Italian moka pot that refines performance while preserving cultural rituals. B!POD's technology originates from SAES Getters' expertise in vacuum systems for aerospace and medical fields. Compostable Freshkeeper Bags demonstrate molecular-level engineering for sustainable food storage. The installation features collaborations with wineries Piccini Holding, Le Frecce, Val del Melo, and Ricasoli, plus coffee preserved in Illy selections. By making industrial vacuum technology accessible, B!POD addresses food waste through extended preservation. The temporary space transforms a transit area into an experiential archive of design innovation.
