Autumn itineraries through Romagna's art, street art, and labyrinths
In the aftermath of the floods that struck Romagna in May 2023, the cultural landscape is experiencing a resurgence with a vibrant autumn lineup. Starting October 14, Ravenna's MAR museum will feature BURRIRAVENNAORO, part of the VII Biennale of Contemporary Mosaic, celebrating the work of Alberto Burri. Bagnacavallo's Museo civico delle Cappuccine is hosting ERON from September 16, alongside an exhibition of ukiyo-e woodcuts by Hokusai and Hiroshige, which opens on September 21. Cotignola's public art initiative 'Dal museo al paesaggio' showcases murals by various artists. Alfonsine is home to Europe’s largest temporary corn maze, inspired by Picasso's 'Le Rêve', available until September 17. Faenza's MIC museum presents 'In bianco' until September 24, while the Festival dei Calanchi e delle Argille Azzurre runs until October 1. Brisighella invites visitors to explore local attractions.
