Autumn 2020 Exhibitions Explore Immateriality, Digital Histories, and Pandemic Reflections Across Global Venues
The Asia Society Museum in New York will host the first-ever Asia Society Triennial, titled We Do Not Dream Alone, starting on October 27 and lasting until June 27. Curators Boon Hui Tan and Michelle Yun have included Mina Cheon's online piece, Eat Chocopie Together. UCCA Beijing is showcasing Immaterial/Re-material: A Brief History of Computing Art until January 17, while TANK Shanghai's exhibition More, More More will be available until January 31. In Tokyo, the Hara Contemporary Art Museum features Time Flows through January 11. The Power Station of Art in Shanghai is reviewing the Shanghai Biennale's history until November 15. Taipei Fine Arts Museum's Between Earth and the Sky runs until October 18, and Yto Barrada's show at Mathaf in Doha is open until November 30. Nalini Malani's Can You Hear Me? is displayed at Whitechapel Gallery London until June 6, and the Bangkok Biennial will continue until December.
