Australian Ballet promotes Davi Ramos to Principal Artist

Davi Ramos has been promoted to Principal Artist at The Australian Ballet during his first season performing the title role in John Cranko's Romeo and Juliet. The announcement was made at Sydney Opera House on 2 May. Additionally, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra has selected a creative director for a new initiative focused on collaborative and community-based projects across Victoria. Other appointments have been made at The Unconformity, APHIDS, and Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (PICA).
