Atelier dell'Errore's First US Show Opens at kaufmann repetto

Atelier dell'Errore, a collective of neurodivergent artists established by Luca Santiago Mora in Reggio Emilia in 2002, is set to debut its first exhibition in the United States, titled 'Freak You!', at kaufmann repetto in New York. This event will take place starting February 28, 2025, at 55 Walker Street. Initially created as a workshop for neurodivergent youth, the group is celebrated for its imaginative animal depictions. Featured works include 'AdE_Vela_Alpina', a hanging sail, along with pieces such as 'Jesus' blood never failed me yet' and 'Unknown Pleasures'. A standout piece is 'Intersexual Shamanessan', while the basement will display 'Ghost Parade', an eight-meter-long drawing of insect-like figures as rulers. Since 2015, the collective has been showcased at Collezione Maramotti and has future exhibitions planned at GAMeC in Bergamo for autumn 2025.
