Atelier 405 completes Six-Grid House renovation in Osaka for family with diverse lifestyles
Atelier 405 has just finished renovating the Six-Grid House in Osaka, which spans 63 square meters and is designed for three family members with distinct daily habits. Led by architect Tatsuya Nishimura and curated by Miwa Negoro, this project was finalized in 2025. Photographer Shotaro Kaide captured the essence of the home, which was constructed by Hauss Support Co., Ltd. The design cleverly balances personal privacy with opportunities for social interaction. A wide range of materials was procured from various manufacturers, including Cleanup Corporation, DAIKO ELECTRIC CO., LTD., Lixil Corporation, and others.
